One of my best, Alden is a desert baby through and through and celebrated her birthday in mad style in Yucca Valley, CA near Joshua Tree National Park. I know people say their friends are the best, but seriously...her outer beauty is only rivaled by that of her heart. Alden hosted the ENTIRE long weekend - she rented out this amazing house and airstream, fed us, and arranged a rad dinner at Pappy and Harriet's for 14 people. Even though some of us had never met before, it was handily the chillest group of people you could ever spend time with. I felt like I've know them for years...

I recently got a film camera and took it on a test run during this trip so pardon the inconsistent editing. Though I can ever abandon digital, there is a beauty about film that cannot be matched by a DSLR. I'm a film fan for sure.
